Jason Taylor will be the coach in 2007!

Bullshiit.

McRae is one of the best coaches going around. Unlike Coleman, Langmack and co before him, he has a proven track record. They know what he is capable of, its not his fault his players can't play football.

Shane Richardson is a smart man, he won't get rid of McRae as long as he's in charge.

Souths will come good with time, and McRae will have a lot to do with it.

McRae is a very good commentator and a very knowledgable coach. What he lacks is:

A) decent players,

and,

B) the balls to drop overpaid hacks who aren't performing to premier league. Of course the inherent problem with that is who to replace them with!?

No point dropping the overpaid hacks to premier league when the peasants playing below them can't do any better.

Souths do not have one player in their starting 17 that you could classify as a "star" and this poses a problem for us. So, hopefully, for the fans sake and for Bomber's, we'll make a couple of good purchases come June 30 and he will be able to prove to the fans of the NRL just how good he is at coaching footy.
