A direct swap, would benefit both, i dont think there would be much difference in both Ricky & Tim's contract.

The bonus for us Sheens knows how to coach players 1-7, and would inherit a first grade pack of some quality.

Finally.someone on here with some sense. The Stick couldn't coach a fly if it was a back. We need a coach who intends on bringing through the backs. We have a coach who is obsessed with forward play and defence.Please someone take the Sharks on and develop some of the decent backs we STILL have before it's too late.The Stick can't do it nor attract any new players to the club. Yeah , I'll take Tim Sheens, why not?
