QLD won the toss and sent VIC in.

Plenty of rain in Melb over the last week, especially the last 24 hours and more to come in the next few days.

VIC 1/20
Rogers out for 9

Hodge is back in for Quiney.

Cutting and Walter with 4 fers, two bowlers to look out for in the future.
Nice to see Hastings making runs, a 50 would have been better. He seems to have dropped his batting a bit as he was rated as an all rounder at NSW but hes batting behind McKay whose rated as a bowler that bats a bit.

McKay has a century at District level, rated as a decent lower order batsman, they may have just sent McKay in due to the match situation, Hastings is better for the quick runs

Reardon backs up his 100 with a 50 against the best team in the comp. Not much else though. McKay and Hastings both awesome.

OUCH the Bulls got smashed again. It looks to me it will be another dominant season from the Victorians unless injuries strike.
