Fireworks are legal in the ACT. I think the clock should be abandoned. If the ref thinks the kick is taking too long, he has discretion to turn off the clock. There was nothing wrong with the rules as they stood before last season.

The time taken to kick goals has declined since they put in the shot clock meaning kickers are making a genuine effort the take less time with there kicks. If the shotclock means we will see more football & less golakicking than I'm all for it
