Hey Dudes,
I was just wondering if there should be an Under 20 state of origin series. Feel free to discuss

Absolutely..

and a fair few of them would still have fg experiance..

That brings up a potential problem as some clubs would really suffer. I'm thanking god St George have the bye this week as we have 7 players out. If you were to introduce an Under 20s State Of Origin series that number may be more. Kind of wish now I didn't vote in the positive.

How about bye weekends for all teams when Origin is played on the Wed? Or better yet screening Origin on a Saturday?

The Broncos are already suffering they have 8 regular U20s players named in the Queensland U18s team and have lost Corey Norman to the First-Grade squad to replace Lockyer.

Nah, young fellas play enough games as it is. In fact I wouldnt mind seeing the under-20's split into divisions to give them more breaks.

Under 20's is completely boring and is a defensive disgrace. The less games seen of the competition the better...
i love nyc and would love to see this game... there is only a dif of 12 points per game difference from nrl, thats only a converted try each, not as poor defence as some make out. havnt we seen a few teams get beaten by 30/40 points in the nrl this year? how many u20 players have made there debut and killed it?

Yes absolutely, But will only be from players playing a major part in toyota cup competition.

For example, Wade Graham is a consistent premier league first grade player, therefore wouldnt be picked. As well as Jamal Idris and Josh Dugan. Considering they were in the first grade origin sides anyways!!!

The rule would be that when the sides are picked they would of had to have played more NYC games then first grade or premier league, apart from injury.
