Considering ya can’t pick players from outside the 21, they must be close to fitness.

Good news compared to doom & gloom of Friday after the game.

I think this is side take field sunday

1. Josh Dugan
2. Edrick Lee
3. Jesse Ramien
4. Ricky Leutele
5. Valentine Holmes
6. Matt Moylan
7. Chad Townsend
17. Kurt Dillon
9. Jayden Brailey
10. Matt Prior
11. Luke Lewis
12. Kurt Capewell
13. Joseph Paulo
Bench
14. Scott Sorensen
15. James Segeyaro
16. Ava Seumanufagai
18. Jack Williams

Flanno needs to give team instruction move ball around, and CT take the line on, if you done then to Jets you go

I think that spine will probably have more points in it. Time to pick and stick now, get some combinations going.

Over to you, Townsend.

Yeah but, Flanno said last night the team he wants is a few weeks away. Maybe means the backs, except maybe Katoa, are settled but forwards are now farged

obviously going for Flanno ball defence with that spine. They will get flogged if it stays because you cant win a game by 2 points to nil.
If any of the regular first graders have a shit game they will stand out like a sore thumb.
Chad will have to have the best game of his career to get them home...which is f**king laughable Panthers by as many as they want.

Yes It's probably Kotoa getting back in, maybe a Seggy.
Our forwards are fugged.

Another odd thing about this side. In light of Flanno’s comments on 360 about the best team being a few weeks away he could of had the same backline last week.

Didn’t he think Ramien was up to it last week?

It’s weird.

Boogs can’t come in.
Not named in 21. Eleventy other backrowers in the squad
You can bring in players from outside the 21 if those in it are injured.
So if Lewis, Wade, Fifita drop out, and lets say a couple more pick up 'injuries' at training, we can pull in another player.
I wouldnt be surprised to see Boogs back.

I just don’t understand the level of criticism leveled at Chad on this forum. He kept the ball moving out to the backline right through the Dragons game and ran up and in ,risking the flat pass . And why wouldn’t he with the likes of Holmes, Dugan, Lutes and a rejuvenated Lee. Don’t tell me he hasent been told by Flanno to play this way.Result two tries to Lee ( one disallowed) and plenty of close calls for the Dragons. His tackling was solid and consistent even after copping a Simms elbow . Pretty good for a smaller man against a big pack. Great touch finder on the 7 th min to put us down field for Lee to score (disallowed). Pinpoint corner kicks to give our guys a chance in the air. Goal kicks , well he did have a few from the side line.......I think he is playing well , remember it’s a team sport and now we have new guys covering our injured players. I’m more concerned with Moz who seems to be trying way to hard and going backwards!

Apologies for not posting the dropped ball. But how many immortals have done that. Locky in one SSO in particular looked very clumsy. Something catches the eye or there might be a call and BANG the ball is brushing your fingertips and your still leaning forward and running forward...foooooooooook.

I think that is allowed for specialist positions. Hooker, halfback etc. backrowers and frontrowers I doubt.
If we suddenly are down to 16 fit players then it’s possible but the NRL aren’t that dumb are they?

He also said that Dugan had a slight groin problem so they didn't want him playing fullback. Doogs playing centre means Ramien misses out.

As it stands today.

Graham no chance
Fifita some chance
Lewis best chance

Things will change day by day.

That's interesting Frank. I saw some photos released today of a training session (presumably today) which showed Wade passing the ball and really reaching for it. I know it's his hamstring that's hurt but surely he wouldn't be out there at all if he was no chance.

Hamstrings feel fine until they don’t.
I tore mine low grade in a touch semi. We won, had the week off and then the GF. Felt fine no issues, stiffness, could jog and pass. First run, bamm. Gone again in the first minute

Not worth it
