howell and purtell on one side = :thumbd:
i don't know why elliot doesn't stick howell and graham on the same side like he did vs. nth qld. i think they make a great combination.
no, like i already said. howell and purtell will be on the same side.canberra_raiders2k2 said:I agree, Purtell to centre and Howell on the wing.
Frawley and Purtell will probably be paired togther, lets hope they can man up on defense..

Purtell would be much better suited to centre, has a very good offload and running game. He has plenty of potential and when he gets his confidence up will dominate.

he has strung more than a few first grade games together, and he hasn't shone.intheknow said:It has taken him a while to get his confidence in first grade, but he does have a load of potential and if he strings a few games in first grade together he will start to shine.

SBW will have a field day out wide. Hope he can come up to the mark as this only area where the Bulldogs will have the edge. Personally would have preferred Chalk in to the starting side and a new bench player selected. I note Elliott has said that the Premier League's performances have demanded the players get looked at, I wonder what the likes of Ale, Goodwin and co think about that comment. Obviously Zillman would have been in top 17 barring injury (before Purtell) based on his current form.
Purtell has been given his chance and failed what about blooding some one else?
