Its weird...I look at that team and think about that game, where I was woorking etc at the time and it seems so very long ago. But it was 4 months before my son was born and hes still only in infants school.
Whatever happened to brandon pearson....cant remember,...but he was gunna be a superstar.

Pearson or as Madunit stated, Costin has he is now known as these days is playing for the Huddersfield Giants in the English Super League. He was turning out to be a great player for Western Suburbs and the ARL in general. Such a strong runner of the football and his defence was just as brutal. He and Tommy had a fall out halfway through the '97 season which saw Pearson/Costin take off to the Roosters for the remainder of that year before he broke his arm. He then signed a contract to play for the Raiders for 2 years. He's been playing between England and Bush Rugby League ever since.

And madunit i wouldn't say that everyone who goes over to the English Super League can expect their career to die a natural death. There are plmnety of Aussies making the big bucks that could still cut in the NRL Today. Names like Darren Albert, Brett Dallas, Jason Smith, Joel Caine, Shayne McMenemy, Michael Withers, Lesley Vanikolo, Logan Swann and even my good mate Kevin McGuinness are all playing good football and still have plenty to offer the game.

With Skando resigning, might be all that is needed for our boys to take the Roosters tonight.

I know Gobbs, but once players go to England you never seem to hear about them too much after that.
