A bit OT, but does it grind anybody else's gears that the majority of Sky's Rugby League team are New Zealanders who don't support the Warriors. Bloody Halligan and McIvor are Dogs supporters and I just found out last night that the host of that Aftermatch show last night that I generally switch off after 2-3 mins is an Eels supporter.

I suppose it shouldn't be a big deal, but I want to celebrate or commiserate (usually the latter) with Warriors fans, not blokes who are feigning enthusiasm.

I didn't even notice really. I like McIvor there as he's just a professional presenter, he's probably the best in all of Sky Sports. Te Arahi Maipi is good too, I didn't know he's an Eels fan.

The only commentary I hate is Steve Roach.

On the upside if they're not true fans then they might be more impartial. You get a guy like Lowie, who's a big Warriors fan I believe, and you need a bucket by the sofa.

This joint's the best place on the planet for both commiserating and, sometimes, celebrating with Warriors fans.

Try living in Australia. It was embarrassing last night. At various times, switching between the 9 and Fox commentaries, we had, Sterlo, Gus, Joey Johns, Brad Fittler and other all talking about what the problem with the club was.

The worst part is the pity and bewilderment you could hear in their voices. And the fact that most of them were right.

Gus was brutal on the club last night. But jeepers, not much they said was wrong.

His calls a spade a spade, which can be annoying to some but it's refreshing imo. He tore us apart and we completely deserve it

I have always thought that he should be called in to do a review of the Warriors operation, not some of the old boys. The management may learn a thing or two.
