I thought they were ok. Lets be honest here Moffo who else is there. Tronc is a possibility, Leyroyd-Lars is another but come on the options are not that great. In the end webb should have started. That is all.

They need someone like Tonie Carroll that will have a crack. The backrow was soft tonight and Price/Civoncevia are too old to put in at a high intensity level these days

I wouldn't make too many changes. They were awful for the first 50 minutes and still almost won the game...

They need to beef up their backrow a bit, and I would bring in Hunt for Bowen.

Tate should move to the wing. He was dissapointing tonight but should get another chance as Qld don't have many wing options and he is a guy who has played there a bit (btw why did Bell play on the wing?). Lockyer will never be dropped by the selectors... Thaiday should have got more game time. Berrigan was surprisingly impressive.

I hope O'Donnell is out for a few weeks so Jacob Lillyman can press his claims. He's been playing reserve grade for a couple of weeks after coming back from injury. We need another proper backrower that can offer more in attack. Lillyman is a bit of a O'Donnell clone in that respect.

He was terrible tonight, how can he call himself a "captain"? He didn't lead us at all... He won't be dropped after one performance tho... but we do need a more natural leader. Even in that last play, he didn't know what he was doing, he should have just gotten someone to do a quick hit-up, quick play-the-ball and set up for the FG. Other than that, drop Tate, put Bell into centre and Slater/Wesser on the wing. Payne in for Berrigan and start with Webb instead of Scott.

I'd bring in Slater on one wing if he shows anything before the 2nd game, Inglis to fullback

Stagg although trying hard, is really far too lightweight for Origin, and barely has enough muscle for NRL ... Myles was sensational and would start with him in the back row

Don't know what to do with Scott ... he aint a backrower ... I'd probly go with him again and hope he is better for the experience cause we really lack another option ... pray we don't go back to Thorn or Carroll cause that would be stupid ...

We also missed Crocker and to a lesser extent Flannery ... perhaps Flannery on the bench ... Berrigan played his best game of the season imho
