All this stuff about All Black Rugby players being so good is rubbish! I recon a ANY NRL side would flog the All Blacks. NRL can play Rugby any day but Rugby cant play NRL.We have speed and are much fitter. All Black players just dont tackle ( Rugby players just dont tackle) and they are soft in attack as well . Think of what Jason Stevens would do if he was in the forwards for the Wallabiies, jeez he would be rolling Kiwis like nine pins! Think of Matt Dunning , he wouldnt even make a park side in League and whenever the Wallabies need players where do they look ?League! So lets not get all excited over some fringe All Black who probably is just a big cat anyway.

Different games requiring different types of fitness especially in the forwards. Also the skills of the games are very different. Stevo would be lost on a rugby field as would Dunning in a league game. Do you think Stevo would go 80 minutes non stop in rugby - remember their scrums are real contests. In contrast Dunning wouldn't be explosive enough in league.

Rugby always looks way slow and nobody tackles . remember when the Rat first started playing for the Wallabies shure he was crap in attack but boy could he tackle , he learnt that playing League! Rugby players would be ok for the first 10 min or so then a couple of two man ball and all tackles driving them back 10 meters, they would be going backwards the rest of the game. Think what Johns and Beduras would do to them or any NRL forward pack . It would be like playing against marshmellows.
