Meh, Im not convinced that Jax actually wanted out at all. He is too close to his "brothers" and while he was moving the club away from the illegal and dangerous forms of income, the culture of the joint would have remained much the same.

No way would I want my son (and especially my daughter) growing up anywhere near an MC. My guess is Tara saw the same

Like Chris D said. She was fine to get involved when it helped her. Lets not forgot in series 1 Jax 1st kill (that we know of) was to help her.

Sure, if at the time your life is on the line it may seem like a viable option

Bring a child into the world and consider the consequences for them, particularly when the evidence of "the son following in the fathers footsteps" is prevalent, and you start to see things very differently.

You start seeing the world in the manner of nothing else matters except the children and so become a one dimensional character that has already been explored in many other contemporary shows and doesn't evoke much of a sympathetic response.

I can't wait for Gemma to die.

If Katey Segal wasn't married to the creator of the damn show, Gemma would be dead already.

For you maybe. As a parent of young children, I certainly sympathise with both her and Jax for different reasons.

he aint leaving. he just wants them doing "legit" things. if he truly wanted out he'd leave the club

I wonder how over the top the next season will be.

i love the show but it jumped the shark a few seasons back. i reckon it'll be all out ridiculous mayhem resulting in a final scene where jax uses an elephant to trample gemma and make it look liek an accident.

gemma has to survive till the end. then she'll get wasted (hopefully), or the end will be gemma losing jax as well and looking back at her life and what the "club" has done to her and her family.

i think juice will be gone by the middle of the next season

Been down with tonsillitis for the last few weeks and re-watched Entourage. Completely forgot that Tig, the ultimate psychopath, played a neurotic coked-up studio executive in it.

Anyway I agree it's gotten so far beyond ridiculous it isn't funny. The stuff that goes on, you can't help but roll your eyes most of the time.

I lol'd at the above comment about Jax trampling Gemma with an elephant, it would seriously not be out of character for this show.

Courtney Love is reportedly joining the television show Sons of Anarchy for its seventh and final season.

TvLine reported that Love will play a "pivotal" role in season seven as Ms Harrison, the "straight-shooting pre-school teacher" of the eldest son of the show's protagonist, Jax Teller.

Sons of Anarchy, which will return to FX in September, tells the story of motorcycle gangs in California that take on rival gangs, politicians and the authorities. The show premiered in September 2008.

TvLine says Ms Harrison will appear in multiple episodes. The teacher will reportedly take a special interest in Jax's son Abel that will spark an "interesting" reaction" from the boy's mother, who is played by Drea de Matteo.

While Love, 50, is never far from the public spotlight, this will be her first major acting role in more than a decade.

Love's acting career began in the mid-80s when she was an art student in San Francisco. She was given the lead role in an Alex Cox film, which caught the attention of Andy Warhol, and she later appeared on an episode of Warhol's Fifteen Minutes. By the end of the decade, Love put acting on hold to pursue her music career.

Love on Andy Warhol's Fifteen Minutes.
She returned to acting several years later, taking on small roles before co-starring in the 1996 film The People vs Larry Flynt. Love earned a Golden Globe nomination for her role as Larry Flynt's wife.

She went on to star in Man on the Moon alongside Jim Carrey, and Beat with Kiefer Sutherland. Most recently, in 2002, she starred alongside Kevin Bacon and Charlize Theron in the poorly received crime thriller Trapped.

Love will not be the only singer to appear in the show's seventh season. Marilyn Manson has also signed on to play a reoccurring role as a powerful white supremacist in prison. Manson has acted previously in movies and TV shows including Jawbreaker, Eastbound & Down and Party Monster.
