Look i know that every has now seen or heard the team and there are plenty of threads going around, i just wanted to make a few points to fellow parra fans to see views of others.
Firstly, i wanna start on the bench im sorry but we are playing two backline players on our bench They had to choose between Idris or Lewis, What impact will Lewis make coming off the bench to play in forwards?
Secondly, EARTH TO GALLEN (i think Gallen has left the country) why hasnt this guy been picked, he was about second or third chosen when i made my side, If it is going to be a physical game i want Gallen the not Creagh, Tallis made a good point last night about last years fight and that creagh was backing away, If Gallen played that game he is in the middle of it helping his state and mates out. Gallen is a SOO must.

Fouth, Gidley and Hayne, what must Hayne do to prove he is the best 1 for at least nsw? I strongly feel Gidley was chosen here due to him being the (c)

Anyway just a few of my thoughts, im glad Ennis got the hooker role

My thoughts:
- I hate Idris off the bench ... SOO never needs a centre coming off the bench ... I know the whole move gidley to dummy half story, but I'd rather gidley come on fresh at dummy half than have been pounded for half a game, then do it
- I don't particularly like Lyon at 5/8 ... i'd actually rather he and cooper in the centres (hayne fullback, tahu wing)
- I like Lewis, he's a great footballer - must be there somewhere
- yes, I'd prefer Gallen there too ... he's a prick, you need pricks in SOO
- learoyd-lahrs ... I'm unsure of him tbh - I reckon there's probably a few of his canberra teammates going better than him atm, and probably some others elsewhere ... but if they want to give him every chance to emerge, then fine
- only 1 prop on the bench .... sorry but Queensland will monster us up the guts .... really dumb from NSW selectors

sh*thouse team, again picked by the same Morons who have lead us to 4 series losses in a row. Idris anywhere near Origin is just a bad joke, Gidley is Mr Average at best and playing Juda's at 6 makes no sense at all. Maybe if Bellamy is allowed 2 or 3 extra players he might make an impact at Origin level.

PS even though that photo is ENDLESSLY funny, it's now also a few years old. He's 19, and has done a world of growing up since then. I can vouch from Country Origin camp that the guy is a machine - and a very fit human.

Lewis should be the starting lock with Watmough on the bench.

Lewis can cover positions in the backline, but he is now considered a back rower.

Giddy is only a bench player at this level imo, but if they've named his as skipper he will no doubt start

Woeful NSW team!
I saw the team and just shook my head and I will doubly shake my head when I see the Maroons team.

Hayne should have been automatic selection at fullback. And if not only Dugan should have been picked of him i this position.

Cooper/Morris is a good pairing and Tahu is the sort of tough cookie you need. But a centre on the bench???? That is freaking ridiculous. Origin games are won and loss in the forwards and you need as many as possible AND plus you have Luke Lewis as cover. A total waste of a reserve.

Backrowers don't compliment each other. Individually they are good to great players but where is the work-horse rat. Where is Gallen? Where is Hindmarsh? You need someone like that in there.

I simply don't like Perry and Weyman. I don't mind White simply because he is dog

I really like Lewis in the side. He is a State Of Origin player

I will never hope for a Queensland victory BUT I will be betting on them to win the first game against this NSW team
