I wouldn't think he would be on a 2nd tier if the raiders had to bump him for Berrigan as he wouldn't be 2nd tier. I would say this is #25

Good size and from reports is a good defender out wide who makes smart choices. A nice change from Pomeroy who doesn't know when to come in/stay out. I'd like us to jag a depth winger now though...

Wingers; Wright, Stapleton, Mills, Williams, Gordon
Centre; Pomeroy, Best, Feki, Wright, Mills, Leutele

9 players into 4 spots... Am I missing anyone? Not a lot of depth really.. Collis was a handy back up player for us to call on. I think we may see Taga used out wide at times for us

Raiders loss your gain, he was impressive to watch, even though we kept Hurrell over him that is NOT to say he ain't good enough. Good luck and take care of him :)

Niko over Feki?

Feki will do great for you guys if given a chance. We kept Hurrell because that one was a no brainer, but Hurrell was playing on one leg in the NYC finals and Feki who stepped up big time.

He's got strength but he's a smart kid. Not the typical bash first, run out of ideas after that, player that can sprout up from NYC.

He looked good in the biggest rugby leageue team on the planet & in an U20 competiton. How that translates once he finds a position in NSW cup is anybodies guess.
Niko has struggled along those lines, but his QLD cup team were quite poor. He was the standout in that team. To me it seemd Niko lost a little pace but also threw on about 10kegs. The guy is pharking enormous & has tremendous catching ability. Niko is also a first tackle runner. He will be as damaging as Vatuvai once he finds his feet in grade. Got a great bump & accelerate.
Lets see what Feki can do playing against men, the size of Niko.
IMO he will come off 2nd best.

His GF game was probably his best, but, next to Hurrell, he was well outclassed. I thought that winger for the Warriors was damn good. Collins?

Cows back line overflowing with decent options. Maybe fai fai loa wants to come back and live with jezza.

I'd say not. But with Niko & Loa, the Cowboys now have the most damaging winger pairing in the NRL. FAI FAi has speed , bump & genuine try scorer & huge metre eater From DH.
Niko has a vertical of Folaus & catch a pea fired out of a canon. Always breaks the first 2 tackles & is a 1st tackle runner. This is gong to open up the field for PAtterson, Simms & that other snorkel that debuted last year.
Im getting on the Cowboys today for top 4 & GF

I like the fact that there is big wraps on his defensive qualities.

Too many of these NYC players know how to score a try but can't defend.

We can do with a player who already has a great instinct defending out wide.

He has good height as well. 6ft 1 . We have had a lot of shorter outside backs of late.

And the fact that a lot of Warriors supporters have come on here and stated he is First Grade quality is very encouraging.

Wonder how he'll go being so far away from home though. Afterall he is still just a kid and it won't be like he can just shoot out down the M4 out to the burbs for a family visit when he's feeling a tad homesick.
