I asked Townsend to come back to Australia via Twitter and a few hours later he posted:

"Australia, we are on our way! #swRevolution"

Also posted the same of on his official site and Facebook page with the Revolution poster.

I'm taking all credit, clearly my influence made his mind up for him.:lol:

The "punk" band will be enough for me to go unless they do a side show. Still need some more punk bands for me to get really excited about it.

Yeah the punk band is definitely a good look. Looking at the list I wouldn't mind seeing Four Year Strong, natheel's punk band, The Acacia Strain, Every Time I Die, Set Your Goals and Sum 41... still need another two or so to really confirm it for me though. Not worth $160 so far.

My friends aren't keen on it at all but after SW11 I really would probably rather just go by myself. Would make it easier to get in and out of stages quickly and not have to negotiate or anything about who to see and when to go eat etc.
