From rumors that I know the two biggest targets are Orlando and Atlanta due to flights in and out of the cities...plus the population size...

I wouldn't envisage a national AMNRL with only one division as such. I believe that as and when things take off on the West coast then they would have their own conference so to speak with the top teams at the end of season meeting to find out the national champions.
