Carrys on like a pork chop about other posters.I've spoken about my health issues on numerous occasions. You know about them. If you're going to be a smartarse about my health issues then you can go f**k yourself.
Do you really think Soldier Field is better than Lang Park?
Less than one-third of NFL teams play at a ground that has a roof protecting the spectators.
Are you making the idiotic claim that these shit grounds have better facilities than Lang Park?
Why Don’t NFL Stadiums Have Any Cover?
OK so eight current full time NFL stadiums have fixed or retractable roofs. Of 31 full time stadiums. Of those, only three are in northern states. And lookin...www.forum.thesilverfern.com
Spin it however you want, but a roof is a f**king important element of stadium design. Without one, fans are left exposed to wind, rain and sun.
Would you prefer to sit in the open at Soldier Field on a cold rainy night or have a seat under cover at Lang Park?
Here's a thread discussing the lack of protection at NFL grounds in cities that have harsh weather.

If a new rugby league stadium was built in Australia without a roof then everyone would be whinging about it in the stadium thread, yet here you are saying American stadia are better because they look like something from The Flintstones.
Are you admitting that the only reason people watch shit American games is because these competitions are based in America?
If so then you've unwittiingly confirmed my point.
Watxhed six games of rugby league on the weekend buddyhaha, another in glass houses throwing stones. which of the 3 Sydney NRl games last weekend did you go to?
Ive missed one RL game in perth in 25 years as I was overseas. Shame on me lol I've probably been to more NRL games in Sydney and Brisbane over the last 5 years than you or your mate who live there!
Poor bastard has just restored to lying now.
Looking like overtaking Perth for slot 19 lol
Poor bastard has just restored to lying now.
This is just a smartarse way of deflecting attention away from questions you couldn't answer. You really shouldn’t be continuing this argument. You haven’t been anywhere mate (sorry to remind you). This type of argument is the problem with the internet and social media - you have people offering up opinions on a variety of subjects that they have no knowledge of or at least experience of.
Btw we haven’t even talked about college stadia which even then would beat most stadia in Australia, particularly RL stadia. Again this is not having a go at Australia or your precious Queensland - it is just understanding we are a small country without that sort of capital lying around.
But heck I don’t know maybe my experience of travelling in America or other parts of the world beats your internet scrolling.
Do you remember banging on that there's no bid and no body will be interested bla bla bla.Anyone able to cut and paste?
Is fan ownership the key to NRL success in the South Island?
OPINION: Paul Lewis examines the feasibility of fan ownership in the South Island NRL bid.www.nzherald.co.nz
If you're cherry picking Solider Field as representative of American stadia you're either losing the argument or haven't got a clue what you're talking about. In Donkey's case it's both. You really shouldn’t be continuing this argument. You haven’t been anywhere mate (sorry to remind you). You're can't be serious...This is just a smartarse way of deflecting attention away from questions you couldn't answer.
No matter how much you spin it, the fact remains that a stadium without a roof l will provide a miserable experience when it's hot and sunny or cold and rainy/snowy. I don't need to spend thousands of dollars flying around the world to know that having a roof over my head when the weather is horrible is better than being out in the open.
Do you have any evidence to back up your claim that the facilities at American stadia are better than Lang Park?
They might have fancier architecture with more modern materials. The hospitality might be better and more efficient. But when it comes to location and access Lang Park is top of the list, with free bus travel into the stadium. The atmosphere Lang Park provides is second to none.
We literally just had games in one of the best stadiums in the world, and Old mate is trying to argue that Lang Park is better because 8 of 31 stadiums don't have a "roof".If you're cherry picking Solider Field as representative of American stadia you're either losing the argument or haven't got a clue what you're talking about. In Donkey's case it's both.
Sofi stadium is debatably the most advanced stadium in the world. Allegiant, U.S. Bank, AT&T, Mercedes-Benz, Lumen Field, etc, are all light years ahead of pretty much anything that exists in Australia, especially the rectangular stadiums.
Free Bus Travel. You're can't be serious...
Who wants to be the one to inform him that nz$1mil wouldn't even cover cost of installing the training pitch at a modern NRL club's COE.

Builds a lot less when it's not real money.Who wants to be the one to inform him that nz$1mil wouldn't even cover cost of installing the training pitch at a modern NRL club's COE.
