South premiership in next 5 years?

This is hard for me to say because I enjoy a good LOL@, but I'm really liking the look of this spine.

Players are meant to be at their peak in their late 20's

If I was Dave Taylor I'd kick, scream & squeal my way out of my Titans contract to stay in this team.

I agree. I love a good LOL@50uff$, but they are a great attacking side to watch this season.

If they can work on their defence, be more disciplined and stop fading out of games all the time, I think they are a good chance of a premiership even in the next few years. Not really sold on Sutton at 6 though, but he's been decent this year.

Sutton is the weakest link in that spine. One of the most useless 5/8s in the comp.

Outside of Inglis, that spine is puss. Granted, theyre in some good form at the moment but Luke had a good year about 4 years ago and was rubbish since (still is imo). Reynolds is enjoying a good first year but still wouldnt be in the top 5 or 6 halfbacks in the game and LOLRightThef**k@Sutton, he's been garbage for years and its only the good current form of Reynolds and Inglis that masks his ineptitude.

It all depends. I think they will make the finals. But not necessarily win in october any time soon.
They also need to move sutton into lock and bring in a 5/8th. Obvious weak link is obvious.

An elite hooker in Issac Luke.

An elite spearhead forward in Sam Burgess who has only shown glimpses of what his potential is. Imagine if from here he is able to put together 10-20-30 games together.

Arguably the best player in the world when in form at fullback in Greg Inglis.

A halfback who hasn't put a foot wrong in his first dozen games, keeping in mind he is straight out of toyota cup with a year on the sidelines. He seems to be switched on between the ears both on and off field.

That right there is a great core to build around. We have depth. A number of solid players who deserve games aren't getting them because of competition for spots. Plus exciting young talent in the pipelines in Keary, Hunt, G Burgess, Ha'angana, Roberts.

On top of that the most important ingredient, a coach who knows what he is doing.

We have the squad to win a premiership. We have the coach to win a premiership. Hopefully with some luck it is around the corner.

Inglis is the shining light there and they have a couple of gun forwards but the spine doesn't impress me that much.

I enjoy a good lol@50uff$ as much as anyone. This year they have strung a few more games together than in the past, but they are still far from being a dominant force as dunniesgimp would like to suggest. Rusty still needs to buy a few more players for that to happen... :sarcasm:

in all seriousness I think that well win in this yr, and possibly the next 1-2 years afterwards.

Were now the richest club in the comp surpassing the Broncos & also posessing the best administration, have the largest and most talented junior base (and have managed to ward of poaches like the Rorter$ from taking our best ones), have the worlds best player in Inglis and most importantly we have the best upcoming coach in the league.

Its our premiership too lose but I know that this is our year, its been writen in the scripts
