Anyone else into it.

I actually prefer it to Game of Thrones now as the last few eps have been a bit slow.

Made a thread for it, season 1 is the best season of TV I've seen, first 4 eps are weak then it becomes amazing. Prequel season is good, season 2 average.

First series I saw was Gods of the Arena when flicking through the channels. Loved it. Watched Blood and Sand was even better. Have not watched Vengeance yet, well I have watched the first episode and it was absolutely brutal. Spartacus is my fav tv series almost of all time.

Love it as well. Haven't seen the prequel. Watched the first ep of Season 2 - old mate playing Spartacus has nowhere near the same presence as Andy Whitfield had.

Season 1 is one of my favourite seasons of any show I've ever watched.

I turned it on once and all I saw was a room full of naked men, I took that as a sign that it was a show I was not meant to watch.

The version they show on Go is the censored one with no nudity or violence. Which annoys me so much I refuse to watch it, the colloseum scenes are so sanitised it they might as well not have them.

I saw it on go.

I like the full version on cable better.

It is a good show but best all time show ? I think that is going a bit far.

It was a tragedy that the main actor ( Andy whitfield ) passed away from leukaemia

This. That was the first thing I noticed when watching it on Go compared to the first season (and prelude) which I watched on DVD first. Will be buying the DVD when it gets released so I can see it properly.
