There are a number of players (unfortunately the high earners) who are quite happy to just take their money and go through the motions - players with absolutely no passion for the club or it’s fans, and lacking the professional desire to be the best. 2016 we had a mixture of players who really cared about the club, like Gal, Wade, Feegs, Loots, Boogs and yeah even Chad, supported by players who were simply outstanding professionals and competitors like Lewis and Ennis. Our current high earners just don’t have that same will or desire to win.

Woods, Dugan, Moylan, Johnson - they’re here for the money, nothing else. Feefs is cooked, Chad is dull.... Wade cares and puts in, but he’s a Lone Ranger.

I think Dugan might ...be plays like he cares.
Not sold on that - he does run and tackle hard, but I always feel like he’s just waiting for a tough tackle to find an excuse to come off. Put it this way, I think he’s far more dedicated to his computer games than the Sharks or rugby league.

I dont believe that. He is good guy, always talks about the game and club when I speak to him. Never mentions video games.

Rubbish. Easily been the best player this year.

Why allude to him missing games.

He's played 72% of the games since he came here. Worst year was 2018 when he played 15/27 but he missed lots of games with a broken foot.

Perhaps it's you that should be off social media and computer games because it's frying your perceptions

I’d say Rudolph has been our best this year, but Duges is certainly up there, but that’s hardly a glowing reference given where we’re at.

He’s certainly having a go, and is far from our biggest problem, but he’s no Lewis or Ennis in terms of attitude, approach or output, and is probably earning a bigger percentage of the cap than either of those did.

Is he value for money, I’d say not, but I guess the bigger issue is that he’s surrounded by a group of other big earners who are even less value for money.
