Yeah just re-read it, very carefully worded, perhaps they learnt from the whole blades/NRL debacle, and we will see more sponsorship deals announced soon, if this is the case I chalk one up for the club.

The powerade, mats in the Bunnies dressing room were in Sharks colours, anyone else notice this? My point being is that that would look fantastic as a sponsor logo and could blend well with the jersey, or even design a new one around it ?

Souths front jersey sponsor would be pissed off. A bit of black writing looks shit, and worse you can barely make it out. The sleeve and back sponsors look ok though.

Think you'll find that the Fishermans friend sponsorship is only short-term on the front of the jersey until the outcome of the development is known. If the outcome is positive the developers will become major sponsors and fishermans friend will revert to sleeve sponsors. If not then they will re-negotiate with f/friend to become major sponsors (front and sleeve) for the balance of the season. Good work by DI to take the pressure/attention off our lack of sponsor in the interim. On another note hanging out to see us beat the Steelers tomorrow night in front of a full house!

Yep. Good work by DI. Sounds like a recipe to undersell the major sponsorship. I think Fishermen's Friend may have found themselves a highly motivated seller.

Disagree....worst case scenario Development gets the arse (unlikely imo). Sharks have another 6 weeks or so to keep winning the majority of their games (hopefully) which will force the Nrl to schedule us a couple more free to air games and make us a more attractive proposition to sponsor.
