LOL what the hell happened to Long John,nobody ever mentioned anything about his retirement or what whether he was injured or whatnot,last raced in England in 2014

So many Darley/Godolphin horses fall off the face of the earth when they go overseas.

I don’t think they give them time to adapt or something? Sepoy and Helmet both went like camels (was a good interlude into their stud careers)

Mental was another horse won The Manikato I think and then got exported not sure if ever even raced overseas it was only 4 or 5

I remember that little sprinter Soul went okay ran against Black Caviar in the Diamond Jubilee and he was a pretty average horse over here.

Mental was brilliant first up in Dubai winning a Group 3,he than started fav for the Group 1 Golden Shaheen and ran like a dickhead

Have a donkey running today. R7 at Goulburn #1- Fury of the storm. Trial form was disaapointing but his trial form last prep was also disappointing but he seemed to go much better on race day so hoping that continues today. First race since we took his manhood so hoping he is focussed and ready to break his maiden. Unfortunatley we drew the car park but if he's near his best he could defintely beat this lot.

Currently $6 although trainer thinks if we had drawn better we would probably be fav. At this time I'd like everyone to remember to gamble very responsibly.

Thought the jockey pushed him too early after he badly missed the start. Probably should have let him coast along then had 1 crack at them in the straight. Was always going to be a tough ask to push him hard then ask for a 2nd effort later on.

Oh well
