Cracking golden rose. Two top class colts vs two top class fillies. Gonna stick with artorius although I’m concerned about how he got around Rosehill in the slipper (like a drunken crab) also the collett factor is almost impossible to overcome in group 1 races

startantes is an interesting runner. Only a little thing but has a barnstorming finish and easily accounted for alpine edge 2 back. They paid a late entry fee to get it in so doubt it will just be making up the numbers.

anamoe is pretty bomb proof. Will be very hard to beat and jamea is flying.

chances probably don’t end there either

Startantes at that price is a good bet, every run she just improves, she'll need to improve again but maybe with the right cart into the race she could be swooping

My main bet will be on Remarque, I just think he's going to get the jump on some of his rivals with his racing pattern and where he is drawn

Anamoe, Startantes, Artorius will all be flashing late but they'll need the race to be run to suit and I'm not so sure that it will be, especially if that track has the on-pace bias it's had lately

A couple I’m keeping my eye on tonight at double figure odds...Aquagirl in the General Truce, I mean Asshlor, I mean the 955m race....and Ballistic Lover in the Moir.
Have inferno down as the one to beat in it but stacks of chances as always.

The Inferno's run was huge in the 1000 metres Moir Stakes, settled last and looked the winner at the 150 but Wild Ruler with the softer run had just as good a finish

Definitely one to keep an eye on, would've loved him to win as I thought he would be a smokey in the Everest which he has been nom'd for but probably won't get a spot, needed to win tonight I reckon

I'd laugh hysterically if Zaaki got rolled after the TAB paid out all Cox Plate bets, slim chance in a small field today but still..

I don't think he's anywhere near as good as they make him out to be, in the UK his best efforts were in Group 3 company, suddenly he comes to Australia and he's a weight for age megastar? yeah, nah

I couldn’t take $1.26 in a 5 horse field. $5.50 for Probabeel will suck me in as intended.

Probabeel has sucked me in a few too many times now, so now that I’m off her she’ll win for sure today.

Just goes to show how bad our WFA ranks are… the horse has obviously improved but to put it in perspective it would be like Odeon going to Europe and becoming the Arc favourite
