Wouldn't that just mean that he either has a development contract, has been upgraded to Top 30, or has neither of the above but has been granted an exemption?
If he has development contract, one would think it would have been included on the NRLs published list. An exemption would be hard to get given that Simmonson is back playing. My guess is he is already top 30.

I don't know enough about how these contracts work these days. Maybe you can just promote Mo after Rnd10 as well.

Perhaps Dev contracts are carrots which guarantees a preseason etc.

Are they all that important this time of the year ?

Development contracts guarantee a full time salary, and come with the expectation of a full time training load. The merkins contracted below that level have day jobs or education/training. Or they train full time but survive off savings or live at home with mum.

There's no Round 10 thing anymore. Development players can play (without the need for exemption) from Round 1.

It would be helpful if you'd elaborate but in the absence of any I'll assume you mean that he was the best vocalist for Let There Be Rock and if that's your stance then I totally agree.

I saw them play at our local pub in Perth every Friday night and I've saw heaps of Bon Scott when he was alive and I much prefer him to Brian Johnson as Scott tends to sing whereas Johnson tends to shout.

I just thought it was an odd thing to write as the 2 AC/DC songs in the discussion are Bon era songs and the 3rd is an instrumental. That's why I asked for clarification on what exactly he did better. Cheers.

Hey Apa @Twizzle is it possible for Pou to sticky a post to the top of a thread? I actually think this is a decent service he provides but currently I have to wade back through posts about Pou being a troll and arguments over development contracts, utilities and mums
