Yes always good to hear the management team are taking the bull by the horns and having a crack but we are probably still two quality signings away from making the 8 unless the younger players in our 30 have grown and improved.

Despite all efforts, the Dragons remain at least one Marquee prop and a good first-grade halfback short in their top 30. And id we are honest we still are a quick fullback short as well.

Some will claim that the job is difficult and so we must be patient. I'd was this may be the case but, if it is the case, those responsible for putting us in this situation:

In season 25, no qualified recruitment officer - the GM Football should be held accountable and sacked.
In season 25, the team had poor defensive stats - the assistant coach in charge of defence should be held accountable and sacked.

Both the GM of Football, Ben Haran, and the assistant coach in charge of defence, Dean Young, still have their jobs.
