State of origin 2025

I do think nath is yet to really put his stamp on origin.

The reason they were so good in game one was they put away the penrith playbook and went straight up the guts..

Yeo out away the passing etc..

Really, Kolomatangi and tyrell may shouldve been in all series..

Kolomatangi for hudson and tyrell starting or on the bench..

Probably api for connor..

And when naths leg became an issue burton shouldve come in for his kicking.

Daley is a terrible coach

It was crazy to me that Luai was picked when Nathan had doubts around his kicking. Burton bonbs were right there!!

Fair crack SOO? Thats a more interesting topic than the one we've been talking about.
He hasn’t had a decent go at SOO, he’s regularly injured.

I just think it’s hilarious that people seem to think that if he had of one that game last night, suddenly all of a sudden he’s so much of a better player. It’s so ridiculous, like that’s somehow harder than 4 comps in a row…

He's been hurt, he had Teddy in the way but he's also played more games at 7 than anyone in NSW history. That's a "decent go"

In his defence. Qld played literally the oerfect game last night.

Nsw had to be as close to perfect to win and they werent.

They also didn't have the same desire in defence qld did.

Nath even at his best i think they qld wouldve been up to it.

Having said that his kicking the last two games has been sorely missed. If he was kicking at his best including goal kicking it wouldve been wrapped up after game 2..

Im like others in that im more concerned about our players staying fit for panthers..

In a way i do think the loss will kimda be beneficial for us.. i think nath and co will be extra fired up for the rest of the year..

We need naths kicking back to his best though.

We need to win the next 5 or so games against the bottom placed teams. See how we sre travelling and maybe rest some guys if we can lock in a home semi at 5 or 6 with a game or two left.

If theres by somehow a miracle chance to make the 4 we need to go hard the ehole way through and hope we can jag a week off and win week one of the finals.

But theres a lot to do in that time and anything can happen.

We are progressing nicely but still a long way to go.

Since Schneider will be on the bench hopefully we can get Nathan off at halftime in a few games

Nah the world cup winning 7 will be the halfback

Will he even be fit?

I doubt that very much.

Merit? What two games? Mitch Mose deserves it more on that logic

I rate Dearden. He's just been in shit teams origin has just shined a light on his talent.

I think Nathan is the best halfback in the game but Moses and Dearden having won deciders is going to have questions asked.

I hope not for our sake. Martin has bailed on the tour for the birth of a kid.........not that he should be anywhere near the Australian squad. Hopefully they don't pick Dyl.

Captain Yeo will hopefully be our only player going.

How many World Cups and Premierships have those blokes racked up?
