8 years JUNIOR residency + aren't obligated to represent Australia = perfect SOO eligibility.

So pissed off hearing Geoff Carr go on about compromising SOO by allowing Kiwis to play. Wake up dickhead, internationals already play SOO, so long as they knife their country in the back on the way in. If you do it f**king right it would improve the integrity and quality of both SOO and Internationals.

Id be going along the lines of up until the age of 16 you need to have spent a minimum of 10 years living in either state to be eligible. This would rule out plenty of current players but I think it is the fairest and truest way

Someone gets it.

Media gimps missing the point entirely by suggesting we open it up entirely.
