c'mon people!
we still have a team and a club that needs fans to support them. Critical of the board or not, we ride the highs and lows of the decisions made by those we have no control over. We only hope that they give back to us what we give them in supporting the club.
Alot of steady heads in this forum have said in the past to look at the game this week .. we need to beat manly, get some respect back and keep working away at making the eight.
If we sign players .. great .. if we don't, i'm hopeful that the club has enough confidence in our feeder players in premier leauge, because unlike other clubs, we have two of them ..
We might not be the galmour club, but we're a good club with great supporting and passionate fans. If you run straight and hard, tackle like an animal give your all and show your heart, you'll get the hill's respect. If you've come to the club to get your pension then be aware that the fans are educated enough to see through your intent ..
I'm looking forward to the game against manly .. whether we need props or halves or whatever, like we always have .. we'll make do .. we can get angry, frustrated and cynical about our lack of broking in the player market, and i ask for what? we don't have control .. we can't change it
