Im still on the fence with Sandow. Happy to give him more time, hopefully as the season goes on he can get better and better and show the form he did around contract time last year. Just prey to hell he doesnt turn out another Dykes

I went to training on Wednesday and the boiys were running without their shirts on, to be honest I didnt see Sandow as being overweight , more barrel chested

He was the most animated of those training and looked pretty keen (Tim Mannah was a leader there)> Horo sat out the training, Ben Smith did the running with a brace on.

My major observation was the minimal input from SK, and it was not very intense. i may have picked a fitness day, but the U 11s I am involved with seem to train with more intensity

You must be mistaken. We need a scapegoat.

ATM ....Chris Sandow = Leo Dynevor.

but I believe Chris Sandow will be good for the Eels. You don't lose ability overnight. He'll come good. He has been a good player ever since coming into grade with SouthsLogan.
Not even a bad coach can rob a player of ability..

Sandows not fat, he just has lordosis.

at first i thought you misspelled lard but i googled lordosis and its an actual medical condition you learn something every day :D

Lordosis is a medical term used to describe an inward curvature of a portion of the lumbar and cervical vertebral column.[1] Two segments of the vertebral column, namely cervical and lumbar, are normally lordotic, that is, they are set in a curve that has its convexity anteriorly (the front) and concavity posteriorly (behind), in the context of human anatomy. When referring to the anatomy of other mammals, the direction of the curve is termed ventral. Curvature in the opposite direction, that is, apex posteriorly (humans) or dorsally (mammals) is termed kyphosis. Excessive or hyperlordosis is commonly referred to as swayback or saddle back, a term that originates from the similar condition that arises in some horses.
A major factor of lordosis is anterior pelvic tilt, when the pelvis tips forward when resting on top of the femurs.

So Hindmarsh said Sandow knows he's carrying a bit of extra beef but won't do anything about it unless the trainers tell him too. Dunno what to make of that comment.

Imagine what Sterlo would say about some of the people on this site then if he is slamming Sandow for being overweight. It's easy for skinny merkins like him to pick on some of the bigger members of society. I wonder if he used to slam Darryl Brohman when he was on the footy show too ?

Surely he said it with his tongue firmly in his cheek.

Can't wait Suity...just hope the footy isn't crap.

Be more positive Suity, what could be more exciting than spanking the merkin Sharks by 40 points?
