As I said in the other thread I really regret being taken in by the way the case was reported. The telegraph reported that there was physical evidence ffs. So that is why I believe that we must leave SKD to the court system and allow him to play. A lot of weird stuff can be reported that is not true.

Sexual offences are treated quite differently to other offences. Often, the DPP will run a case based soley on the the victim's or "victim's" evidence. If it didn't work this way, there would be a lot of guys getting away with sexual assaults. Unfortunately, a lot of guys a dragged through the mud after regret sex is reported as rape.

SKD situation is not the same, so it shouldn't be compared.
