How the hell was there a protest in that? I flicked over after race and didn't even know it was a protest.

A I said, I only watched the race then flicked over for the next one and found out the delay was from the protest.

Unfortunately i can't clear up the protest resuld for you Macca_
But i'm commenting here to agree with you that that the protest shouldn't have been upheld.
The horse got the rails run on the turn (Blue Lago should of taken the run but the jockey decided to go to the outside). In the straight it did drift out but i couldn't see how it caused Churchill Downs and harm.

Stewards = Clowns (but not for the next race)
