I know Dessy [Hasler], Geoff Toovey and Crusher [Noel Cleal] and they are good mates

Yes we know - they are your ONE AND ONLY reason for wanting to leave Parramatta.

I'm still wondering how long Jamie will last in England.

Also noticed he used the term "lads" twice referring to how good people are - very pommy sounding - has he adopted the pommy lingo that quickly? or are the quotes fudged?

I find anything about Lyon highly offensive.

I think its cos of his attitude about leaving Parra....we NEVER heard/read anything where he was concerned about leaving his team mates at parra - i read quotes about not wanting to go to england last season cos he didn't want to leave his team mates short - what about Parra who invested HEAVILY in you jamie?

He's proven himself to be a self centred bush pig!

At the risk of sounding bitter, I hope he suffers a career ending injury over there and can NEVER play in the NRL or for Australia again.

Might he stay on beyond 2006? "If we win a few big games and I really enjoy it, anything could happen," he said.

Typical of him saying if we win a few games...... In other words if we don't win I will spit the dummy pack up and go home. Spoilt little brat. When the going gets tough Lyon goes home.

Would you care to elaborate on this? Sounds interesting, who else have you got a grudge against?

I can't see it being any of our other NRL players (Jase Hooper, Darren Albert Willie Talau, Gray Viane) so who?

I'd like to ask all of you here whether it would be wise just to down tools on this bloke and forget about him, and use our energys and space to talk about the blokes wearing our colours next season?

And wishing career-ending injuries on any player (bar Billdogs) is just wrong!

And any merkin that plays one game so he can get the big dollars, deliberatly walks out on the club, and leaves his team mates and fans to struggle is also just wrong !

As opposed to playing the whole season, obviously not wanting to be there, playing poorly because of it, and collecting the whole season's wage?

I've never wished career ending injuries to anyone! including dogs players.
I can recall Sir Cliff Richard wishing that PJ does his neck in the first game, is that ok????

I was agreeing with you mate, I was just following on from your post. Like you said, stuff Lyon and concentrate on the Eels in the NRL!

:)

And I don't agree with GC saying that about Marsh, either.

:)
