Yeah I haven’t seen him either. It was reported when we signed him that he wanted the play centre, personally I don’t think he had the attributes for it and would prefer him on the wing, however our centre stock’s are so poor that they may start him there

I'd rather have Bird and Bateman as our centres. We need wingers to make metres early in sets.

I'm all for paying a player his dues based on recent performances.

Exactly. I hate big pay days for players that don't deserve it. That can be because they haven't earned it or they are getting past it.

Luai on performance must be one of the top players in the game. He has to do it again but I see no reason why he can't. I wouldn't have too many halves ahead of him in the game.

If Benji can deliver, then I do think we will get on a roll.

I view the coaching staff as the risk. I don't see many weaknesses in the team. I see a lack of depth in relation to our backrowers and to be fair Seyfarth hasn't proven he can play on an edge. I always saw him as a middle. I think though Seyfarth is a goer and maybe he'll hold one of those spots down. I'm not worried about our centres. I think we have heaps of options and the coaching staff have to get it right.

I just think our squad is pretty good with quality players throughout the team.

I think we’ve gotten everything as right as it can possibly be with our squad albeit the coaching staff is glaringly a concern.I believe JL’s signing is very timely for Benjis coaching future.JL’s leadership experience doggedness/winning attitude is going to benefit Benji no end.Im especially looking forward to seeing the many talented kids we have swiftly mature under the guidance of the highly accomplished JL.

I’ve downloaded the first episode on the “season 25” thread. Worth watching.

The best thing is we haven't overpaid. Luai isn't a bargain but but the rest of them have been good deals. I also think Luai is performing up to his pay packet.

Luai IS a bargain...his (particular)value to WT ...as it was to the Panthers is not just in how he performs as a 7 or 6. They said it themselves many times...he was the ENERGY that drove their squad for 4 years and they're trying to find that again...he's already lifting our " good value" players to a winning level. That has huge value

He’s invaluable off the ball.We can become contenders with JL leading the way
