Why play such a important game on Thu night ??

Exactly..

The telling factor about thursday night games is when wigan played leeds in the regular season....attendance was down 4-5k on the previous year when it was held on a friday...


It shows,dispite the argument the ESL chairmen have about needing more home games,thats why we have the super 8s.they can move a game to a thursday and lose 5k fans and not bat a eyelid...its a joke

All the clubs can afford to go to a regular home & away season....they are just too f**kin lazy to put the effort in...
