Today I learned that no matter the match situation, if I get a half volley outside off stump I should just hit the merkin for six over cover and not dick about...batting 7 with 25 to win, tried to play the safe option, stopped the shot, caught at short cover.

f**k that next time it's on the roof or played and missed, none of this "safe" bullshit. (still won but)
