How's she going?
I didn’t see her, she’s about 80 minutes away from the airport. Still talk pretty often though. Still doing her best in retail without stabbing customers in the face. Think the diabetes has been an ongoing issue unfortunately

Fair enough.

I've still got her on FB and Insta...but when I went through a real shit time like a year or so ago (maybe longer even-f**k I'm old) I kind of shut off from humans in general and I think I gave off the wrong impression to a few people. Dani included.

And now because it's been ages since we spoke my anxiety is like "pffft nobody wants to talk to you anyway you miserable merkin" and so I just can't figure out how to chat on a more personal platform like FB...useless human I am.

Meh people suck. I’ve pretty much been a loner since I’ve been back in oz. first holiday on my own though, been really good.

I manage in social situations but it’s definitely not what I’d call a talent of mine. Going up to talk to girls while I’m out is just straight up impossible and I’m frozen to the ground yet jumping into a cage with great whites in port Lincoln in a few days doesn’t make me nervous at all lol

Yeah, I can pretty much talk to anyone, which is odd. I genuinely find it harder talking to people I know sometimes. Maybe a side-effect of working sales for so long, you build up a kind of fake personality over the top of the real one...one is who you are at work when it doesn't matter to you, the other is harder to deal with.

I swam with a 3m tiger shark once, no cage. Awesome experience.

I’ve done it a few tim s already on purpose and by accident. Tiger, hammerhead, bronze whalers in nz. This has been sitting on the bucket list for awhile.

Stuffs me what I’m going to do in Adelaide tomorrow night

Adelaide is not a bad spot, plenty to do there,

God knows how many sharks I've been surfing with in the bite along the Nullabor , not to mention seals and tons of dolphins where I now live, at certain times of the year they are almost a daily event

Never surfed with a whale tho, although been fishing with them, big merkins, they make your boat feel like a canoe

Swimming with whale Sharks in WA was another option I looked at but mid year is their season
