Started eating healthy and hitting the gym hard again. Hoping with the promotion to second grade this season that I'll drop the weight I put on over winter. It's ridiculous, I dropped about 10kg at the start of the year because I just wasn't eating anything...sorted that out in the autumn but now over winter I've gained about 10kg from having rubbish eating patterns more than anything. Some days I wouldn't eat, some days I'd eat two days worth of food...lol

I've just gotta stop eating junk again, really. When you don't feel like eating some days and you're starving the next you wind up eating a lot of fast food, because it's easy. Between cricket and the gym if I eat better it should be easy, especially given I tend to run around a lot i the field. I'm only at like 95kg so it's not a massive worry, I was about 105 when I got married but I was also a lot less fit then too, had barely any muscle mass at all
