30th calendar day after submitting tax return, mr tax office help line man says ok i will escalate it for you, this now adds 14 calendar days on top of their 30 calendar days.

If it follows the path of the last 2 years, i shall call again in 14 calendar days and it will be escalated to THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Also giving them another 14 calendar days.

Then i shall be paid $2.38 interest as they failed their service timelines (30 days) only to have that interest taxed next year
