Orthopedist appointment tomorrow. 3 weeks til ACL surgery. Cripple time is rapidly approaching!

Got a week and a half off work. I suspect by day 3 I'll be buried in a pile of bandages, pizza boxes and utter shame.

Missus stacked the dishwasher on Sunday. Only 3/4 full so she didn't run it. Then proceeded to make herself dinner last night using every remaining dinner plate in the house. After which, she didn't finish stacking the dishwasher. Now I'm eating my breakfast off a saucer.

Urge to kill, rising.

Seriously... If the dishwasher is 3/4 full... Just run the f**king thing. I don't give a f**k if its inefficient.

Sunday night is between midnight Friday and 6 AM Monday so its off peak, that's the time to do all you dish washing, and run the clothes dryer

Yeah I've stuffed my knee again doing Bootcamp. Running isn't good for it, jumping is worse. Most of the last fortnight has involved jumping.

Yeah, I get annoyed too. The SupaBarn one in Sutho is slowly turning into the BWS around the corner, although Alan is trying to get some real nice stuff in there soon. Went looking for a grenache and they only had GSM's

The Dan Murphy's in Caringbah and Menai have screwed a few of the shops in terms of variety. The old Porters in Sutho is rubbish now but used to have a few good selections etc.

What I find the big issue is, is that the sub $7 crap that private label is running with is destroying the integrity of the market. People can get drunk on $15 very easily if you go to Dan Murphy's and have no taste buds...

Supabarn the contact you need to speak with is Joanna Doyle. She does ranging for their Sydney + ACT stores. Get your Sutho guy/girl onto her. ALM ranging is a must, but you guys should be fine there.

Janelle at Porters Sutherland just went through a big brew-ha-ha with Porters, so she is now rebranded under ILR as Local Liquor Shire Cellars. Expect that place to improve as she now has more wiggle room for ranging.

And f**k DM! If the local indies were smart, they would leave the Treasury / Constellation / Pernod product to them and diversify their variety. Those that don't will die or get their licence bought out by Woolies or Coles.
