Australia may not be able to give their own personnel amphetamine. But if we provide personnel to the United States or NATO force, under their mandate (and commanders), Australian personnel may be able to be administered amphetamine - because of lex specialis (that one is for you Didgi old mate, you may have come across it).
Haha, I'm a little worried you know that. Lex Specialis is just a rule of application where the specific is preferred, I haven't come across it as far as a practical application like that goes, so sounds like you know a bit more about it than me.
