When bear did a hodges and passed the loose ball in behind the try line it was all over. Just wished we hadn't had someone like todd payton score against us

Saw a friends mum at the gym tonight. Was telling her what's been going on with my back and work and stuff. Out of the blue she goes "I think that even if you tried to kill yourself something would go wrong"

I was like .........
Wow.

Scarier still, that person has a say in our democratic process.

2007 will be probably the best season ive ever seen a fullback play. But he didn't have a stupid haircut and didn't sprint back at the defence as hard and straight as he could only to get absolutely hammered and dominated but would look spectacular for the commentators to flog themselves over so the rep jerseys went to cutie instead.

Matty was a very good player but K was infinitely more reliable.

Proved it that series (07) and the year prior.

Bowen's 07 is definitely up there for club form. Certainly has quantity over Hayne who took around two months to start warming into form but Jarryd had one of the best Origin series I've seen from a winger and that patch of form at the death was the best I've seen.

<3 V. Nothing beats a morning V...

Bookies offering as much as $20 for the Dragons to get the spoon. I suppose the bookmakers don't watch much footy either?

Noone in their right mind thinks the Dragons will get the spoon. You guys have been bad but nowhere near bad enough.

I dont think they will, but f**k it would be the icing on the awesome cake that is season 2013.

This is the post: "What do boys even find attractive about boobs? They are literally a ball of fat on a girls chest. Like if you can love me for the fat on my chest, why can't you love me for the fat on my stomach you piece of shit."

Erm, okay?

she might be a fat chick with small breasts, rare but they exist. Basically robbed of main one of few positives of being a lardass

Was gonna say the same...

with benji gone, hayne with another spoon, burgess's name squirelled. Who will the channel 9 wankfest adopt next year?

Sonny BULL!

Never mention Homer Simpkins again

He is a f**king lowdown merkin

The north never forgets

It's "The North Remembers" you sooky la la

Speaking of fullbacks, I still miss Hodgo.
Tough as teak, and a footballer, not an athlete.

Still, on topic: loved watching Bowen play. A credit to the game and a good egg.

Hodgo still goes pretty well in the ESL tbh. My favourite fullback of all those I've seen

glad we didnt pay top dollar to keep him, made of glass. Got himself a bradbury premiership from 5th place in a year where i have never seen so many top 8 sides drop their bundle (including us) at the worst possible time of the year in consecutive weeks

TBH, people would be saying it was also a Bradbury if NQ won instead.

Everyone had a Dragons v Eels GF locked in. They both froze in the headlights and got mugged by teams that really turned up to give it their all when the Dragons and the Eels almost considered those games a formality.
By them time they wised up it was too late.

The other fullback I loved was Tim Brasher, awesome player back in the day.

And I think Minichiello's career will go down as a massive what if, thanks to those back injuries, he was consistently of a very high quality 03-05 at fullback.

f**k I loved that 29-0 win over the Eels. Happiest I've been after a game.

It certainly was unexpected. Certainly added an extra something to my nerves leading up to the GF after week ones result.

No way NQ would allow a repeat of that.
