You doing ok bud? Genuinely concerned.

Yeah I'm on top of it...just keeps threatening to go full panic. I'm pretty good though, even in a full panic attack I get a kind of detachment because I understand exactly what it is...

Whats anxiety like Baz? Can you describe it to someone who doesn't know thefeeling?

It's tough to explain. You remember your first day at school or the first day of a new job, that nervous lump in your throat and the knot in your stomach? That's how the generalised, day to day anxiety feels at a basic level. There are different levels but that's just about the level I operate on most days. Full blown panic attacks are racing, erratic heart rate, trouble breathing, pins and needles, nausea, sometimes vomiting, distortion of time...not much fun

Anxiety and depression are two of the worse feelings one can experience. Depends what kind of anxiety one is experiencing though. Anxiety attacks/panic attacks are the most common form and a symptom that most people seem to have (I never did) basically throws out the entire homeostasis of the body and send their body in all crazy forms.

Not good to hear mate. Chin-up and hope everything pulls up okay for you. Having suffered it I know how hard it can be and the burden it can be to carry on your shoulders.

I've been depressed before but my life was genuinely shit and I think it was normal to feel that way. Must be horrible for people who get that feeling in normal day to day life

You get used to it. Well, some people do. There's always a bright side...good days are fantastic.

It's actually not that bad mang. Not as good value as a case, but the flavour is way better. Like beer at the pub. Selection is a bit rubbish though.

you get less beer than you do in a case

tap king refils are 3.2 litres each and you get two of em for $37.99

a case of 24 xtra dry bottles which are 345ml per bottle are $41.99 a case and you get 8.2 litres of beer

I'm not saying you're on of them. But so many people get misdiagnosed with anxiety/depression these days you can't truly fathom the extent of it. It's a wide-spread issue and a poor one indeed. No one should have to suffer such way. I've seen anxiety make a relative of mine take his own life, sucked because he wan unreal bloke and I truly looked up to him a role-model. In the end, he had a lot hidden under and I don't think he could bare it anymore.

I did say it was not as good value as a case, James. Just depends if you're willing to spend the extra for tap quality beer, because it sure as hell tastes better from the Tap King than a bottle. So if you compare it to pub prices, you get 15 schooners of pub quality beer for 37.99. That's not bad at $2.50 a schooner, but it depends what you want
