I got the point, the refs made a judgement and decided it wasn't bad enough to warrant a sin binning, he freaking referred it to the vid ref for the possibility of awarding a penalty try, it was pretty obvious they weren't looking to let the Storm off the hook.

I'm saying this idea that the refs favour Melbourne is incorrect. I think Cronk should have got binned, but just because the refs didn't agree doesn't mean they were trying to protect Cronk.
