I could never cheat. I don't have it in me.

And yes, the situation has come up. Even in a relationship where I was being abused, I still couldn't do it.

That is f**ked. I would tell my old man straight away.

My old man knows, so did his wife. This was many years ago. Heck, my dad's since re-married and moved on. Still doesn't mean it is f*cked and I don't resent my mother for it. When my dad found out he was beyond shattered. He did everything right so I have no idea what made my mum do it.

In the fact it was my own mother who cheated on my dad. With my best friend's dad. Whom was also married.

I got the impression Dad may have cheated on Mum with our next door neighbour (who was also married) although besides the few people involved nobody really knows how far it went. There was something going on that's for sure. It never gets talked about tbh. My parents are split but they get on well which makes it hard to believe it went all the way.

Nothing is black and white

I am sure your mum has her reasons

I am not trying to defend her. I guess I mean our parents are people the same as us with the same drives we have. I know at times I have been guilty of thinking of them as my parents rather than people. Does this make sense to others or am I just raving ?

Old friend of mine who lived in the same street, his Mum cheated on his Dad. Apparently she'd been doing the usual "working late" etc and he was becoming suspicious so he followed her from work one day or something (not sure on this part exactly). Either way, found her in a hotel room with some dude from her work. He was a really nice guy too, felt a bit gutted hearing about that story after he died last year.

I understand what you're saying butch, nobody is perfect. But to me, f**king somebody else while the wife (or husband) is at home or off with the kiddies shows such a crass lack of respect and dignity that I can't help but feel a little bit disgusted.

There are a lot of things that can cause a relationship to fail, but a person of character doesn't till two fields at once.

edit: Don't think it counts when the girlfriend of two months blew a guy behind the toilets at school. Talking serious long term relationships/marriages really.

I get your point, but it doesn't change my opinion. Did she have her reasons? No doubt. Anyway, that was a long time ago and I'm over it. The funny part is, my mum still blames my dad for the marriage failing and thinks she's the right one.

Chick was on a break from her boyfriend (was fairly serious), came to me. Don't regret it since they haven't got back together and he's turned out to be a total nutcase, but definitely won't be putting myself in that position again.

Ok Dani, you win. Mine don't look that awesome.

UP, I love my PJ's. Most comfy thing to wear while studying and I need to wear SOMETHING around the house.

What's so great about the Peter Alexander stuff? Have heard a few people rave about it now...

Cheaters need to be beaten with a stick. I also have to go back and read what I've missed, as soon as I get to work!

Well, I only wear it post-shower to bed and in the morning when I'm lazing around. But it's some of the most comfy pyjamas (Or even clothes) that I've worn. They're just really bloody comfy.
