Yeah. She cooks for me once a week and it's usually not too bad. Sadly, though, authentic Chinese food is nothing like the stuff we get at home. Oily and bland.

It's better in Sichuan and, I've heard, Yunnan and Hunan, but Jiangsu's food is rat-shit.

Guangdong is where its at. I crave the stuff after being back home for more than 2 weeks. I get sad now when we get Chinese at home, it is just wrong.
