Check everywhere, top to bottom. Even ask at any bars or restaurants you've been to. When I lost my necklace (An expensive one) a few years back - that's how I found it.

Try back-track every step you made that day and checkpoint when you last had the ring so you can know where to go from.

It's when you go to a shit ball that the problems start. Trust me, I'm somewhat of an expert on going to shit balls

Think I got done with one good ball in three years of playing cricket, an inswinger that pitched full and went straight between bat and pad, though admittedly my footwork is non-existent.

A lot of not-outs but also a lot of throwing away of the wicket.
