I wanna buy the guy who taught Maloney how to tackle a steak and a good steak too, like a porterhouse, or rib eye. Man as recently as five weeks ago- 'embarrassing' was the best word to describe his defensive style, all of a sudden he's saving tries etc.

Pearce was far more composed early than Maloney, Maloney was better over all, and has much more natural skill, but whenever Maloney is MIA Pearce stands up.

I think Mullen should be there , he has what NSW have needed more than anything, a half that can regularly find space with hood long range kicking game! I think a Carney/Mullen combination for next year is with a trial. Let Maloney and Pearce focus on us.
