Running on roads. Bad idea. Can't find my left knee cap :(

I can't do it anymore, i jumped out of the ute too fast a few days ago and twisted my knee and it blew up like a balloon. Bad meniscus in the left and cartlidge floating around in the right. Cripple buddies!!

Luckily I have some anti inflams. I was just taking the dog for a run. But he got too tired and I had to pick him up and carry him home as I hobbled.

I'll stick to treadmills. Much easier on the knee :(

If all you want is sex I can't see it being an issue with the titties and arse you are packing cliffy

Let me guess though, you want more

Studies show it results in the same amount of pressure on the knee.

Personally I hate road running, I much prefer road or trails but evenings has different preferences.

No I just want sex, but it has to be with someone I feel comfortable with and trust. I refuse to get in a serious relationship while I have no idea what I'm looking for or want.

Cross trainer works great for my knee tbh. I can do treadmill but I'm unco on a moving belt more than anything so I avoid that, and I do a lot of road running etc but cross trainer is by far the easiest on my knee...and when I got back into it that was all I could do, but it helped get the strength and even just the confidence back and so now I can run outside the gym
