Oh god kill me now.

Had an outdoor exercise camp / death march organised by a guy I know at OBC (he's also on the Jubilee Ave forum as "The Major") this morning at Glenbrook, and bloody hell that was tough. 3 and a 1/4 hours of non stop exercise involving ropes, jerry cans, sand, a creek, and a number of exercises done to cadence.

Think I will live in the foetal position for the rest of today...
