I have no idea what this rekordling is that you speak of, but mulled wine is both wonderful on a cold winter night and surprisingly easy to make.

Might add it to me Christmas repertoire for this year. It joins egg nog as my contributions to Christmas :lol:

I normally make honey ham for Christmas. This year we are all just getting what we want rather than a centralized meal.

I'm getting microwave cheeseburgers and VB, my two favorite things.

Christmas will be a challenge this year. Going to try and find a way to cook something resembling a traditional Christmas meal. Reckon it'll be pricey to find things like good ham, but it'll be worth it.

I went to LA for two and a half weeks, and the thing i had most was microwave White Castle burgers, and copious amounts of Budweiser.

I've struggled to board the cider bandwagon. Drinking what tastes like apple juice with a slight kick isn't really my idea of an alcoholic beverage.

Cider tastes like what I imagine piss would. Horrible drink, find a proper alcohol to drink

I agree with you... which is why I drink beer! And wine.

This is very true. My mother is getting the lovely but completely useless to me decorative screen they gave me.

Cider is rubbish. Never been a fan of apple juice, and this has moved over to it's alcoholic counterpart.

I got absolutely munted in college on cider. It was a function at a neighbouring college and you could drink all the beer or all the cider you wanted.

Young CWB was not yet a lover of beer, so opted instead for Strongbow Sweet. I never had a worse hangover until I graduated to soju and baiju in the Orient.

Soju is a sneaky, seductive drink... ambushes one from behind and makes the next day a nightmare.
Baiju is an abusive brute that tastes bad going down and only gets worse the next day.
